Harmony Grown-Town Center has multiple subdivisions, most of which feature homes with large, tree-covered lots. The houses are often spread out enough that residents have plenty of room for a game of backyard football or a cookout with friends and family. Mature trees provide ample shade throughout the neighborhoods. There are some subdivisions in the neighborhood’s southern end where the homes are closer together, but most still have good-sized backyards. The homes in the area are typically traditional ranch-style houses or Colonial Revival homes, with some other styles mixed in. Most houses have brick exteriors, but some have vinyl siding. Spacious built-in garages are standard. Most houses have four bedrooms and cost between $300,000 and $480,000. Larger homes can cost up to $550,000.A quick commute to Meadowlark Schools

Club members can play the 18-hole, par-71 course that features tree-lined fairways with plenty of water hazards and sand bunkers. The club also has a state-of-the-art fitness center, tennis facilities and a swimming pool.Southern soul food at local restaurants
Several local restaurants provide residents with plenty of options for dining out. Diners can order from the menu or try entrees and sides from the cafeteria-style options. Duke’s is another popular restaurant on Country Club Road, known for its breakfast and lunch. Locals enjoy the pancakes in the morning and the tenderloin and mashed potatoes in the afternoon. Residents can shop for groceries at a Harris Teeter at the intersection of Country Club Road and Peace Haven Road. There is also a Walmart Neighborhood Market just north of the neighborhood on Country Club Road. Residents will find a mix of chain and local shops in the area, including The Barn on Country Club.
