Varying houses at upscale prices
Home styles vary from one street to the next. Some streets are lined with stately, grandiose Colonial-style homes, while others feature more humble split-level and single-story homes. Few of the residential streets have sidewalks, and the hilly terrain means that stairs and retaining walls are common. Condos and townhomes built since 2019 sell for around $950,000.Public parks and private clubs
