Prices in the Montgomery Creek Ranch subdivision are similar. “Montgomery Creek Ranch attracts a lot of first time homebuyers,” says Rosalee Torrence, a real estate agent with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. “There a lot of community amenities, including the kids park, and you’re also close to all of the amenities in The Woodlands.”

Parents will likely enroll their children in public schools in the Conroe Independent School District, home to many highly ranked schools. School-aged children will likely start out at Suchma Elementary School, home of the Eagles. Boasting an overall A Niche grade, students at Suchma can take advantage of the school's many programs, including after-school care, band and choir, and a gifted and talented program among others. Students from Suchma will attend Irons Junior High afterward, which also has an overall A Niche grade, followed by A-minus-rated Oak Ridge High School.
