The neighborhood is bordered to the east by Route 146 – also known as the Worcester-Providence Turnpike – and to the west by Interstate 290, the main interstate that runs through Worcester. WRTA bus route 11 runs east through North Quinsigamond Village on Greenwood Street and grants residents access to the greater Worcester area without a car. Greenwood Street also has bike paths available to simplify pedestrian commutes between neighborhoods.
