Why Live in Moxie
Moxie is a planned neighborhood under construction just south of downtown Lockhart, spanning 689 acres and designed by Red Oak Development Group. The community will feature a variety of single-family home styles, including Craftsman, farmhouse, Tudor revival, European cottage, and New traditional, along with townhomes. The first phase, consisting of over 400 lots, is expected to have model homes completed by summer 2026.
