"I've been in real estate since 2004, and part of the reason I stay and sell in Middletown is because the market is so stable," says Melissa Lawwill, a local Realtor with Coldwell Banker Heritage. "Like the rest of Middletown, it's got a generational feel. New people are coming in for nearby job opportunities, but some have been here their whole lives." Only a few miles from downtown and close to everyday necessities, Sawyer's Mill offers classic suburban living.
