The small town of Brookshire, Texas, is booming with new subdivisions, a trend Realtor Jonathan McNabb credits to the growth of Houston and nearby Katy. "Houston is expanding in all directions, and because of Katy basically filling up, the growth is moving further west to Brookshire," he says. "A whole bunch of companies are relocating out there.
