Howland
Located at the convergence of the Penobscot and Piscataquis Rivers, the town of Howland offers a quiet community close to nature. Named after one of the passengers on the Mayflower, the area was founded in 1818 and has been slowly growing ever since. Single-family homes make up a majority of the space and come in a variety of shapes and sizes.
