Brian C. McNew founded Brim Builders, INC (commonly referred to as BRIM) in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, in the fall of 1989. Initially a custom home building company, BRIM aimed to provide every client with quality, service, and value that met their expectations. This approach allowed BRIM to grow rapidly and gain a strong reputation as a “great builder” in the tri-state area. For more than 35 years, BRIM has continued to enhance its capabilities in developing, renovating, and constructing quality, energy-efficient, and affordable single and multifamily homes, as well as office buildings, retail centers, warehouses, and other developments.
