About Concept Eight
Concept 8, LLC is a locally owned residential design-build construction company and builder-developer based in Apex, North Carolina. Founded in 2012, the firm specializes in custom homes, townhomes, infill projects, and small residential communities throughout the greater Raleigh–Durham area.
Originally focused on design-build and general contracting services, Concept 8 has expanded into residential development, marking its first internally developed project and evolving its role beyond construction alone. The company remains hands-on, managing projects from early planning and pre-construction through completion.
Concept 8 is led by an experienced in-house team supporting development coordination, project management, operations, and purchasing, and is classified as a local builder-developer serving the Triangle region of North Carolina.
