Create World Real Estate, Inc. is a privately-held real estate development and management company located in Bellevue, Washington. Founded in 2014, Create World set out with a vision to contribute iconic and market-leading projects to the Pacific Northwest’s premier urban markets of Downtown Seattle and Bellevue.

Since the company’s inception, Create World has partnered with the West Coast’s most respected names in hospitality, architecture, design and construction — To deliver architecturally-significant, high-function and high-quality residential and mixed-use developments.
