Founded by Middle Tennessee natives Randall B. Smith and Corey W. Craig, Heritage Homes is the luxury division of Celebration Homes, created to meet the growing demand for spacious, stylish, and right-sized homes in Williamson County. With deep roots in the region and decades of experience in the home building industry, Randall and Corey bring unmatched expertise and passion to every project.
Randall Smith began his career at just 13 years old, working on survey and footing crews. A graduate of Brentwood Academy and David Lipscomb University with a B.A. in Business Management and Administration, Randall has played a pivotal role in shaping the success of some of Nashville’s largest home builders. In 1999, he was honored as “National Sales Manager of the Year” by the National Association of Homebuilders’ Sales and Marketing Council for his achievements in sales, marketing, operations, and land acquisition.
Corey Craig launched his own company, Traceside Properties, at the age of 17 and quickly made history in 1998 as Tennessee’s youngest licensed Broker and Contractor. A graduate of Brentwood High School and Belmont University, Corey co-founded The Craig Company with his father, Lloyd Craig, and built a reputation for excellence in custom homes and townhomes throughout Franklin and South Nashville.
In 2001, Randall and Corey combined their talents to form Celebration Homes, which quickly became one of Middle Tennessee’s most successful home building companies. Recognizing a gap in the luxury market, they established Heritage Homes to serve discerning buyers seeking elevated design and superior value. Heritage Homes offers an efficient, integrated building process that includes architectural, interior, and landscape design, streamlined purchasing, and professional field execution—all driven by a commitment to quality and innovation.
Both Randall and Corey live and work in Williamson County—Randall in Franklin and Corey in Brentwood—where they remain active in their communities, churches, and outdoor pursuits. Their shared vision and dedication continue to inspire the creation of homes that reflect the best of Middle Tennessee living.
