Kidd Construction Co Inc., also known as Kidd Built Homes, has been actively building new homes in Fayetteville, Hope Mills, Raeford, NC and surrounding areas since 1976. Their founder, Harold Kidd, contributes its success to the “Golden Rule,” “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” In addition, he has been active in supporting the building industry by giving his time and resources to the Homebuilder’s Association and serving on the local, state, and national levels. Kidd Built Homes was honored by the Fayetteville Homebuilder’s Association as its 2005 Builder of the Year recipient, and in 2024 he received the prestigious Pillar of the Industry Award. Through the years, Harold has put together a business model that prides itself in providing a quality product at a reasonable price and delivering it in a timely manner.
