Savage Development

Savage Development is a family-run business with deep roots in Southeast Michigan. Bob Savage started building there in 2015, and his son Daniel later joined to help carry the vision forward. In a time when affordable, well-built homes are hard to come by, they’re focused on delivering real quality—homes they’d be proud to live in themselves.

They partner with local tradespeople who share their commitment to doing things the right way. Their goal is to build lasting homes and lasting relationships—treating customers, subcontractors, the community, and the environment with fairness and respect.
