Over thirty-five years, Shoma has created many residences across Miami and built a reputation as one of the most respected developers in South Florida. Initially focusing on residential properties, Shoma has constantly adapted to the economic and socio-geographical currents of South Florida.

As Miami has grown and changed, so has Shoma and its portfolio. The project, developed in collaboration with The Related Group, is a “city within a city” which includes luxury homes, apartments, offices, retail and entertainment.
