Spire Homes was founded in 2020 by Ken Romanczuk in collaboration with the National Builders Group in Colorado Springs. Ken began his career with a degree in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University and spent 21 years rising through the ranks of leadership with some of the nation’s largest publicly traded homebuilders. After two decades of corporate homebuilding, Ken knew that it was time to step away from the layers of inefficiency and bureaucracy that often conflicted with his core values of superior quality and customer service. He made a life changing decision to start anew with his own homebuilding company. Ken joined the National Builders Group, a collective of independent homebuilders that offers peace of mind by providing an infrastructure of strong financial security, industry experience and business support services. From there, Spire Homes was established in Riverview, FL and Ken realized a longstanding goal of extending a top tier experience to each and every homebuyer. Spire Homes proudly serves the entire Nature Coast and neighboring markets of Tampa and Ocala.

Driven by a desire to reclaim the personal touch and focus on customers, Ken opened Spire Homes in 2020 as part of the National Builder Group out of Colorado Springs.
