About Vitale Homes
Vitale Homes began with two people who believed in doing things the right way. Raised on Italian values and rooted in Florida, founder Michael Vitale brought military discipline, service-first leadership, and a commitment to integrity into every home he built.
Julie and Michael Vitale met in Tampa Bay and built Vitale Homes together. Julie, a respected commercial builder with an eye for quality and process, partnered with Michael, a veteran and former law enforcement officer with deep roots in family, heritage, and leadership. Together, they envisioned something rare: a homebuilding company that didn’t just deliver product — it delivered legacy.
Michael was raised just outside Naples, Italy. He grew up hearing his father say, “We are good people. We don’t embarrass our name.” That value system, paired with Julie’s operational mindset, shaped a culture where every home reflects a shared standard: build it like it’s your own.
Today, while Michael continues to lead Vitale Homes with that same level of hands-on discipline — walking homesites, reviewing plans, and mentoring the team — Julie remains a vital part of the company’s legacy and foundation. Her early leadership in process development and quality control helped shape Vitale Homes into what it is today: a builder grounded in heart, heritage, and excellence.
