About the Builder

Olin Homes is a family owned business that has been building quality homes in southwest Washington since 1962. Ron Olin, purchased property in the Tri-Cities area of Washington and began building there in 2001. Ron and Dean moved their families to Pasco, WA in order to manage the construction of our subdivisions in the Tri-Cities. Olin Homes builds on our lots or on your own, customizing our plans to fit your needs. At Olin Homes we challenge you to compare our quality and prices with all other builders in the area. We are excited to help you build your new home at an affordable price. For years we have built over 50 homes a year. Ron Olin built the Willamette falls locks control center and office project as well as the commercial kitchen and fueling station at the Yakima Firing Range for the Army Corps of Engineers. Ron also did a construction project at the Vancouver Army Barracks as well as building an operations and maintenance building at Clark College.
