Leadership at RHG is deeply rooted in family and community. Mark Richardson has served as President and CEO since 2011. His father, Allen Richardson, continues to guide the company as Chairman of the Board, while his mother, Ann Richardson, serves as a Board Member. Angie West, Mark’s sister, holds the role of Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. All are alumni of “Leadership Gwinnett” and remain committed to enhancing the quality of life in Gwinnett County and surrounding areas by building communities that complement the environment with homes of distinction, value, and award-winning design.
