LPH (formerly Legacy Premier Homes, Inc.) has built almost a thousand homes in the East Limestone area and is one of the largest builders in Limestone County. The company was formed in 2011 from a combination of principals from Sides Construction, Inc. and EMW Construction, Inc. Both of these companies had built 100's of homes in the area. Darren Sides is the builder. The company took the best concepts from both companies and combined them into an outstanding product and home buying experience.
