About Richards Ridge

Richards Ridge, perfectly located in Bellevue, Washington, is an intimate community of 4 luxury new homes built by Conner Homes. With over 65 years of homebuilding experience, Conner Homes has built thousands of quality new homes throughout Seattle and now, one of these premier new Eastside homes can be yours.

Visitors have described the new homes at Richards Ridge as if it would be like living in a tree house. That's because the homes are surrounded by mature trees and are adjacent to protected land - that's hard to find in Bellevue. While close to downtown Bellevue, Redmond, I-405, and 1-90, the new homes at Richards Ridge will provide a quiet retreat for you to recharge on one of the covered patios and decks.

These Bellevue homes range from 2,927 to 3,040 sq. ft., have 3.25 bathrooms, and 2-car garages. The kitchens are very special, with high-end appliances personally selected by renown local chef, John Howie. You'll also enjoy real engineered hardwood floors in the entry and on the main floor, Deako smart switches, and a state-of-the art air cleaning system. These luxury amenities are but a few of the value that Conner Homes has built into each Richards Ridge home. Plus, Richards Ridge is part of the highly rated Bellevue School District.

Visit Richards Ridge soon to see for yourself the well-designed space, amenities, and perfect location.

GreatSchools: The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process. About the Builder

It all began in 1959 when Bill Conner, along with his brother John, started the Conner Development Company, building both for-sale and rental homes. The company pioneered the now common “Zero Lot Line” in the Seattle area and received numerous environment, design, and marketing awards. In 1977, Charlie Conner, Bill’s son, founded Chateau Development Company, a land holding and development company that was ultimately incorporated in 1988. There was never any doubt that Charlie would become a homebuilder. He worked as a framer during college and, upon graduating , became a construction superintendent. In 1985, Charlie became a construction manager and supervised multiple projects. By 1988, Charlie not only managed Chateau Development, but he was also the General Manager of Conner Development. During this period, both companies were pioneers in applying recycling and conservation innovations to home construction. They named these initiatives Earth Sense, years before Energy Star was invented and incorporated nationally.
