Blue Sky Homes, a ‘Smart and Green’ real estate development company located in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix, Arizona, is owned and operated by Nick & Adralyn Blue. We specialize in designing and building stylish, energy-efficient, technologically integrated homes, emphasizing the neighborhood via front-yard patios and living space. Our subdivision and home sites are selected carefully with a goal of giving our homeowners the opportunity to comfortably walk or bicycle to nearby restaurants, coffee shops, parks or other attractions. We think the more time people spend outside their cars interacting with their neighbors and surroundings, the higher the quality of life, and the more they will love where they live. Finally, and because we believe the strength of a society lies within sharing, 5% of our profits are directed toward helping people in need within our community.
