Connected cosmopolitan living and world-class culture
Located just south of the Upper West Side, the centrally located Lincoln Square offers residents a blend of world-class culture, urban residential living steps from Central Park and swift access to uptown and downtown Manhattan. “It has the neighborhood appeal of the Upper West Side but it has more of a metropolitan feeling compared to the rest of the area,” says Emily Lundell, an associate broker with Compass who has worked in the area since 2007. “It’s residential but still sophisticated and connected to the rest of the city’s theater and entertainment.”
The Shops at Columbus Circle are a popular retail hub.
