Many sit above one or two-car garages, and street parking is also available. The homes sit close to the side-walk-lined streets, and while they usually don’t have yards, small trees and pocket parks add touches of greenery throughout. Prices for a multi-family home can range from around $450,000 to $800,000, while single-family houses range from around $300,000 to $420,000.
