Malcolm X is a historic Omaha neighborhood that is the birthplace of its namesake. Just north of downtown, this community is home to a mix of long-time residents and newcomers drawn to its proximity to the city's core. Over the past two decades, Omaha has invested in upgrading nearby commercial areas, benefiting local businesses and schools.
