Pacific Meadows is a small residential neighborhood near the West Papillion Creek in west Omaha. Families are drawn to the area for the top-rated Millard Public Schools district, which offers diverse learning options, including AP classes and early college programs. The neighborhood features stylish New Traditional homes characterized by gabled roofs, dormer windows and attached garages. These homes typically have three to five bedrooms and over 2,500 square feet of living space, and some properties have in-ground pools. The West Papio Trail runs alongside the creek, providing a paved path for jogging, walking dogs and connecting with neighbors. The trail passes through Pacific Meadows Park, which has a playground and sports courts. Although the creek can flood from time to time, homes are not affected. The Dodge Street thoroughfare forms the neighborhood’s northern border, leading to Downtown Omaha approximately 13 miles away.
