Northridge Home for Rent

Northridge is a suburban neighborhood at the foot of the Wasatch Range in Orem. The Utah community is served by Timpanogos High School, which earns an A-minus from Niche and serves as a draw to the neighborhood, and offers scenic views of Mount Timpanogos. Older homes sit on the west side, and homes get newer the farther east toward the mountains the neighborhood goes. Mid-century ranch-style homes give way to expansive, early-2000s homes with large windows and mountain views. Northridge Park has tennis and pickleball courts, and Mount Timpanogos Park offers hiking and biking trails. The Murdock Canal Trail and Bonneville Shoreline Trailhead are popular outdoor destinations, as well. University Place offers over 150 storefronts for shopping and dining. Sweeto Burrito is a local favorite. Utah Transit Authority buses and the FrontRunner train pick up passengers.
