Orem's SCERA neighborhood takes its name from the SCERA Center for the Arts, which has anchored the Utah community since 1941. The SCERA Shell Amphitheater in Scera Park puts on musicals and concerts, and the park itself is home to a pool, splash pad, playgrounds and walking trails. Residents also come out for the park's Colonial Heritage Festival, the Sunset Farmers Market and OremFest.
