Once through the community’s guarded front gate, winding residential streets lead from one well-kept residence to the next. “When I first pulled up, the pretty waterfall at the entrance drew me in,” says Candace Hubbard Crum, Realtor with Coldwell Banker/Wellington. “After entering, the rest of the grounds matched that first impression.” Sitting within manicured front lawns are stately palm trees, which share space with community sidewalks and two-car driveways. Comprising the community are early 2000s Spanish Revival-style homes adorned with orange clay-tile roofs and cream stucco exteriors, many of which sit along one of ten residential lakes. The City of Pembroke Pines also hosts several events to attend throughout the year, including its Annual Art & Music Fest. The two-day event takes place in November at Charles F. Dodge City Center and celebrates local art through live performances, art demonstrations and several other activities for all ages.
