Residential revitalization north of Penn Avenue
North of the trendy, restaurant-studded Penn Avenue, Garfield is a walkable community on the east side of Pittsburgh. Prices are climbing as the area continues gaining traction, but compared to other East Side communities, Garfield remains one of the more affordable spots within a 5-mile radius of downtown.
