Poland is a small rural town that hugs the eastern border of Chautauqua County and the "Enchanted Mountains of Western New York State," also known as Cattaraugus County. "The summer is our time to shine, and it's when we get the most tourists," with much of the economy south of Buffalo driven by agritourism.
