Plantings
Property is fully planted to Lemons. The east +/-10 acres are planted to Lisbon lemons on Carrizo rootstock, planted in 2018. The west +/-10 acres are planted to Lisbon lemons on Carrizo rootstock, planted in 2017. All trees are planted at a spacing of 22 x 14.

Water
Property is located in Kaweah Delta Water Conservation District and part of Greater Kaweah GSA.

The property features a total of three (3) wells. There are two (2) wells that each have 15 HP pumps and the newest third well has a 40 HP VFD.

The property does not receive any district or outside water deliveries.

Trees are irrigated via a fan-jet irrigation and spin clean filter system. It also has a Verdegaal acid system with a 2,000 gallon tank.

Soil
Property features 100% Grade 2 Good soil.

Crosscreek-Kai Association, 0 to 2 percent slopes.
Wind Machines
There are two (2) wind machines, one is electric and the other is propane with auto-start.

Groundwater Disclosure
