*** There are two newly drilled 16-inch wells with new gear heads and pumps that put out 2,000 gallons per minute, so even during a dry spell, the duck holes will have plenty of water to hold the waterfowl. The property's enrolled in perpetual WRP and is planted in hardwoods and cottonwoods. There are 9 flooded fields with 85+ acres planted annually with chiwapa, irresistible to ducks. The deer hunting is also excellent, and you'll spot deer trails, tracks, and huge rubs all over the property. For small game hunting, this tract has an ideal rabbit habitat, and many people enjoy the annual hunts held here.

*** Side-by-sides and 4-wheel drives are great to have, but the road system is so solid, you could easily drive a car or golf cart or even ride a bike straight to your deer stand or duck blind for your hunt. Each bunk room has its own heating and cooling wall unit, plus there's another in the hallway by the bathrooms to keep the entire upstairs comfortable.
