Amazing find! This property fronts both Cross County Road / 522 AND New Line Road! It stated out at 51.64 acres and 41.11 is being offered for sale. Please see the attached plats. One plat is from 1976 showing a proposed division of the land into 10 lots named A-J. The second plat is from 1998 when lot E was divided and sold which left 41.11 acres. I spoke to the county about this parcel and was told to refer to the plat from 1998 allowing for 6 additional divisions of 30B. The response was as follows: "The attached plat was prepared and recorded in 1998; which created parcel “E.” You will see the notes identified on this subdivision plat that assigned the remaining division rights to the residue parcel “30B.” In addition, as this parcel is no longer a parent parcel further development under the current A-2 regulations would be a subdivision, even if one lot is “divided” at a time."
