This is a hillside 5 acre parcel only a stone's throw from Hwy 180 in downtown Squaw Valley. It is across the street from Bear Mountain Pizza Parlor and Bear Mountain Auto Parts. You couldn't get an easier commute to the valley. The lot is on Hall Lane which is a frontage road overlooking the central portion of Squaw Valley. This is a buildable parcel. It is a hillside lot that gets steeper in back but the front portion near the road has suitable terrain for building. Power and telephone are at the property line. Downsides? Biggest one is the terrain...not much useable land except for grazing and very few trees. There is room to bench out a good sized building pad that would have room for a home and outbuildings. This is good raw material for a nice homesite at a great price. Yes, it does require a little more groundwork than many others but you couldn't ask for a better location. A little imagination could make this into a great homesite.
