There are a couple of things that are not ideal about our property; the heating system requires the bedroom doors to be open or you can do area heaters in the bedrooms. Since the house has a crawl space it would not be difficult to change to forced air heat. There are no outdoor spigots or automated watering systems. The neighbors are in the process of building so there is some temporary construction activity near the property line on the East that will be moved later this summer.
