Wonderful place to build your dream home. 5 acres, nice trees, view to next ridge, creek is the property line at the end. Red fence is the property line on the South side. House on the north side currently has neighbor drilling a well. Power pole found on property not far from the driveway cut in off Nameco Rd. I'm told Nameco Rd is not maintaned but has been in good shape for years with no improvments. A mile +/- to the county maintained road. I would extimate that an acre of the 5 is level at the top and then slopes down to the creek. There is another level spot before the property drops again to the creek. I'm not sure if the creek is year round and yet I'm told there is good underground water. There is poisen oak on the property so don't wear shorts.
