There are three (3) wells (180′-65 gpm, 130′-85 gpm, and 120′-20 gpm) and three (3) lateral wells (86′-150 gpm, 106′-150 gpm, and 82′-100 gpm). +/-187.5 ares are on a drip irrigation system (+/-80 acres of it was installed in 2020). The remaining acreage is flood irrigated. There are three (3) reservoirs and three (3) filters for the drip irrigation system (15HP, 10HP, and 7.5HP).

From OCID - Orange Cove Irrigation District has received additional water (URF Exchange) that allows for an INCREASE in water supply of 0.26 AF/Acre (19%). The additional water supply is listed as Tier 1 ($65.00/AF) and brings the current total allocation up to 0.56 AF/Acre (40%).
