The master bedroom is very large, and the walk in closet has a window which is wonderful for fresh air and light (and drying your delicates!).The utilities in this unit are important to note: Electric averages $135/mo, pellets average $62/mo, and propane averages $9.50/month. The sellers intentionally do this because of the high cost of propane! compare other properties with propane as the main heat source.... you will be amazed how efficient this home is to operate. And, by the way, during the winter months, they keep the home at 72 - 73 degrees. HOA for Bluffs is $300/year and for Edgemont is $330/year.
