In a nutshell, when ready to build there are 3 fees-$996 for water and sewer tap connection inspection, $500 road surcharge toward reserves for road repairs from heavy equipment. $25 metro excavation boring fee, refundable surety deposit of $500 to assure that driveway culverts and street frontage are returned to original condition after construction and landscaping. ELECTRIC: Sellers are offering $2000 toward bringing power to the lot line with an acceptable offer. All other utilities are on the parcel or within the border of the property line. ATMOS ENERGY: Seller paid $6,840, for the ability to tap into the natural gas main which is in front of the lot. Once a home site has been established, contact Atmos Energy Builder Services at 866-332-8667. Atmos will come and give the cost of providing a service line, tap line and set a meter.
