This property is in the historically significant Tyler Brent Ranch, just on the northeastern edge of Bartlesville. The property is minutes from Bartlesville; the entrance being located on the north side of E 1800 Road, 0.70 miles north of the Tuxedo and CR 4020 intersection. This unfenced tract is bisected by multiple draws that creates a property with "character" and several potential pond locations.
