A sportsman’s paradise nestled in the heart of Steuben County with strong populations of deer, turkey, and bear.  The spring-fed pond is 12 feet deep and loaded with fish, including largemouth bass, bluegill, catfish, and carp.  The completely wooded tract of land consists primarily of hardwoods with some areas of hemlock.  There are some existing apple trees and the hardwoods are littered with red and white oak trees providing an abundant food source for all types of wildlife. An enclosed hunting blind overlooks the pipeline which runs over 3,000 feet through the property and offers several nice vantage points for hunting. Additional acreage could be available! Existing trails provide access throughout the property.
