House has almost 9' ceilings throughout the house except the great room which has a vaulted ceiling about 15' high. The great room offers big windows with an awesome view of mountains.

Kitchen has lots of cabinets and a breakfast bar and 36" 6 burner propane stove. You can cook breakfast while the kids gather around the breakfast bar. Has a large walk-in pantry off the kitchen provides lots of extra storage.

Large open living and dining room that's great for entertaining family and friends without feeling cramped.

Upstairs bathroom in the Master En Suite still needs the tub surround installed, the surround is on site just needs to be installed. Master also has its own private balcony and viewing area. Still quite a bit of trim work yet to be done, however this does not affect the functioning of the house.

House is heated with a duel fuel wood boiler with radiant floor heat in the unfinished basement and has an oil stove as a backup. The wood/fuel boiler was replaced in 2020. Also installed a new oil burner in July 2021. The house has an oil drip stove that does NOT require electricity which was installed 2017. In all the house has 3 oil burning stoves for heat, fireplace, and wood stove as well. Fireplace on the 1st floor is great place to snuggle up on the couch and watch the flames. House is very cozy and keeps warm when the weather gets cold.

The second floor offers a great room with about 15ft ceilings, a sewing room and office in addition to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and a balcony where you can sit and drink your morning coffee as you watch the sunrise.
There's an attic with lots of storage area.

There's new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the house.

There's a large hay shed, greenhouse, woodshed, tack shed and other out buildings. Also a large fenced in area to let your pet run.

House is off the grid and is setup with solar, generator a Kubota 8.2K generator, and battery bank. Generator is only a few years old and hasn't been used that much for power and is kept in a shed to protect it from the weather. House is setup with lights, plumbing, running water and septic system. Batteries shown in the pictures and are onsite may requiring replacing by the new owners. Sellers make no guarantee of the condition of the batteries.

You can have both cell and internet service and can stream movies with an antenna. Sellers have run a business and home school activities by using cell antenna and then using their phone for a hot spot. Other options are with some type of satellite internet.

There are about 3 fenced in pastures with water available but fencing needs repaired. Also have other sheds for barn and storage and a large 40'x 60' approximately hay shed.

There's lots of lakes and rivers nearby and abundant wildlife too. If you love to ride your atv's or snow machines then there's plenty of places to adventure. You can ride a 1/2 mile to the river or ride trials for miles.

There's a school about 10 miles from property or in Delta. Property has road access and can be setup for your own private airstrip.

Delta Junction and Fort Greely are the nearest cities and there's jobs available. Great community for raising families. Lots of activities for kids Located 30 miles southeast of Delta Junction off the Alaska Hwy.
