Cute, cozy, energy-efficient house is wheelchair accessible. It has a zero-point entry, doors are a minimum of 3 feet wide, and the low lip step-in shower has only a 4-inch curb. The house has spacious rooms with ample turn radius for wheelchairs. Comfortable, accessible living, all on one floor!
The kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a dishwasher; the washer/dryer hook-up has space for full-sized units.
Electricity through Ameren Missouri and water/sewer through the City of Eldon are tenant responsibility. Hilltop will provide lawn care and trash service.
We are pet friendly! Pet rent is $25/month per pet, with a maximum of two animals.
A washer/dryer set may be rented for $65/month.

We do annual leases, and we require a security deposit equal to one month's rent.
In addition to the security deposit, we require tenants to purchase and maintain a renters' insurance policy that will provide liability coverage and will cover their belongings in the event of a loss.
