I am super excited to be able to present 10 Choctaw Trail, available for the first time in almost 40 years! This is such a fun and impressive home! In 2016, the pool was totally renovated and it features a new interior finish/tile; an impressive two story lanai rated for winds to 140 mph; Turkish Travertine on the deck; cedar tongue in groove ceiling on the covered porch; and a beautiful spiral staircase to the balcony off the master suite.
