You will be a mile from East Beach and Blue Shutters Beach which are arguably the best beaches in southern New England. The grounds of the condominium are well kept and attractive, the buildings have new roofs as of this spring, and the windows in the unit are 3 years old .The location is roughly half way between Boston and New York. Newport, Block Island and Providence with it's many fine restaurants and attractions are close by for day trips. Boston is about 2 hours by car.
So, if you want to be in a great spot for summer or all year, and you like low Charlestown property taxes, come take a look.
