The maintenance staff may need to access the apartment as required by building management, with advanced notice provided when possible. Pool maintenance and hours are at the building management's discretion. Package and postal delivery may not be available at this building. Noise disruptions from building maintenance or construction may occur and are beyond our control. This building is 100% non-smoking, and failure to comply will incur a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily, and no events or parties are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. Pets are not allowed at the property. Ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys by the agreed check-out time to avoid a $250 late check-out fee. Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence, and lost keys will incur a $200 per key fee. Failure to check-out at the agreed time may result in a minimum $500 charge for disruption.
