A large breakfast bar with granite countertops offers ample prep space. The stylish dining table seats six, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. Each of the three bedrooms offers comfortable beds, quality linens, wall-mounted Smart TVs, closets, ceiling fans, and USB charging stations. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a 43” Smart TV. The second bedroom features a queen bed, a dedicated workspace, and a 40” Smart TV. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. This is a non-smoking property, and any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed on the property. Events are not permitted. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. Guests are required to update the number of guests in their reservation; an additional fee may be charged for un-notated guests. Late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour.
