Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with comfortable beds, quality linens, wall-mounted Smart TVs, closets, ceiling fans, and USB charging stations. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a 43” Smart TV. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a dedicated workspace with a 40” Smart TV, while the third bedroom has two twin beds and a 32” Smart TV. A central bathroom is stocked with essentials and towels. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. This is a non-smoking property, and any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed. Events are not permitted. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. Guests are required to update the number of guests for their reservation. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. A security camera is installed at the front door.
