Tucked behind the main rooms is a small library with built-in shelves lining two walls and access to the powder room, coat closet and door leading to the covered porch. To the left is an updated open kitchen-family room featuring seating and dining areas, high-end appliances, granite countertops, pendant lights, Pella windows and custom TV cabinet with crown molding. The cabinet also houses a gas-fired fireplace.
On the second floor, the primary suite consists of a bedroom, a dressing room with racks and drawers by California Closets and a marble tiled bathroom. Three other bedrooms open onto a central hallway with access to a second full bathroom. There is also the convenience of a 2nd floor Laundry Room. The walk-up stair access to the attic makes it possible to add a finished third floor.
